PURPOSE
The Purpose of Warm Corporation West is to research, develop, and offer the most comfortable, clean, quiet, healthy, invisible, efficient and sustainable heating and cooling systems in the world.
We endeavor to cultivate a work environment in which people do well by doing good—an environment in which individuals are recognized, challenged, appreciated, and rewarded for exceptional performance. To that end, we have created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan which sets the stage for social equity and mutual respect between employee-owners.
We believe in Progress Over Profits. The progress that we envision is a new world order, leveraging radiant technology toward a viable and sustainable Net-Zero-Carbon economy. We are not alone; we are contributors to a larger movement that will transition life on Earth away from fossil fuels.
WARM CORP WEST TIMELINE
1977
Founded in 1977 as RA Energy, our focus began in alternative energy systems. Named after the Egyptian Sun God, Sun Ra, we worked primarily with solar technologies for several years.
2004
In 2004, we formally incorporated as Warm Corporation West, dba Warm Floors™. We then formed an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) which created employee-owners so that every employee has a vested interest in the success of our company.
2015
In 2015, we began partnering with Messana to design and install radiant cooling and heating systems. As a product of this partnership, we are proud to offer our clients the most innovative comfort conditioning system available: Cool Ceilings™.
We started using solar hot water to heat radiant floors, effectively doubling the efficiency of solar systems. In 1985, after honing our focus into hydronic radiant technology, we began doing business as Warm Floors™.

As of 2009, our employees own thirty percent of the company.
tHE fUTURE
More important than where we have been is where we are going. The future of comfort technology is Zero-Net-Carbon (ZNC) and fossil-fuel-free.
2020
In the fall of 2020, we rebranded from Warm Floors™ to Warm Corp West. New look, same customer commitment.
