1. REQUEST A PROPOSAL
Contact us and send your plans and project details to plans@warmfloors.com.
SEND PLANS & DETAILSHERE
2. PROPOSAL GENERATION
Once we receive your plans, we generate a proposal for your review and approval. Allow 7 to 10 days for proposal generation. Proposal pricing is valid for 30 days.
Send back the signed proposal with deposit to khinton@warmfloors.com.
3. CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
Next, we work with you to generate a contract agreement.
Sign and send back the contract to khinton@warmfloors.com.

4. DESIGN ENGINEERING
Collaboration is key. Our designers work closely with Messana engineers as well as the contractor and architect to design and engineer your custom Cool Ceilings™ system.
5. PANEL INSTALLATION
Once the Cool Ceilings™ system is designed and approved by you and your contractor, our installation technicians get to work.
6. CONTROLS INSTALL
We install and configure the mBox, mzone, and mSense.
7. COMPLETION &
COMMISSIONING
We program and test the system and all components to verify optimal functionality.
8. WALK-THROUGH
Once your project is fully completed, we schedule a walk-through to introduce you to your new system and answer any questions you might have.
