FAN COIL INTEGRATION
Targeted heating, cooling, and humidity control working together with your radiant system.
Fan coils use heated or chilled water to condition air, allowing them to address cooling loads, humidity, and spaces requiring faster temperature adjustments. We incorporate fan coils into hydronic systems with coordinated piping, condensate management, zoning, and controls, providing supplemental capacity where radiant surfaces alone are insufficient.
SYSTEM DESIGN & ENERGY CONSULTATION
Technical planning, load calculations, and design support from pre-permitting through construction.
Our design services include pre-permit consultation and system design, Manual J room-by-room heating and cooling load calculations, equipment sizing, radiant tubing layouts, mechanical schematics, and control strategies.
We partner with homeowners, architects, and contractors from the earliest planning stages to evaluate equipment options, system configurations, and energy sources. Through close collaboration, we provide the technical guidance and documentation needed to support permitting, coordinate with other trades, and guide installation.

We troubleshoot, repair, and maintain radiant heating and cooling systems, boilers, heat pumps, pumps, valves, thermostats, and associated controls. Our services range from preventive maintenance and system adjustments to leak repairs, equipment replacement, and complex diagnostics.
For systems not originally installed by Warm Floors™, we begin with a thorough inspection to identify and document the existing equipment, system design, and operating conditions. This allows us to develop informed recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and improvements tailored to the system's specific needs.
