2. CHOOSE INSTALL
METHOD
In discussing the specs of the project with you, our estimator will go over our various installation methods and recommend the proper method based on your project.
3. PROPOSAL GENERATION
Once we have gathered all project details, we generate a proposal for your approval, with two pipe layout options--Select and Premium. There will be an additional page of relevant options for you to choose features such as heat source, thermostats, and insulation.

3. CONTRACTUAL
AGREEMENT
Next, we work with you to generate a contractual agreement.
Sign and send back the agreement to khinton@warmfloors.com.
3. DESIGN
Our mechanical engineers design your custom Warm Floors™ pipe layout to accommodate your zoning preferences.
4. MODULE FABRICATION
Our modules have been perfected and tested since 1980. Each one is designed and assembled in our fabrication facility.
5. INSTALLATION
We coordinate with the general contractor and other site supervisors to schedule the installation.
Then our technicians get to work, laying pipe and configuring the system.
6. TESTING COMPLETION
We program and test the system as well as all integrated thermostats.
7. WALK-THROUGH
Once your project is fully completed, we schedule a walk-through to introduce you to your new system and answer any questions you might have.
